AA lush 700m loop through the cool temperate rainforest of Sherbrooke Forest, located just a short distance from the Ranger station.
The Experience: A gentle journey on a gravel path that winds through towering Mountain Ash and ancient tree ferns. To avoid a steeper climb on the return section, it is best to walk the loop in an anticlockwise direction.
The View: A dense canopy of giant eucalyptus trees and a sea of green ferns where you might hear or spot a Superb Lyrebird.
Facilities: Accessible toilets and a mobile food van at Grants Picnic Ground.
